Evolution Signature, is also green with a gold layer. But much thinner and even stiffer.
Two years in development, a powerful proprietary composite material has been created using an embedded carbon nano-tube structure which dramatically reduces the level of disc vibration.
Unique hand laid-up polarizing filaments create tremendously rapid vibrational energy decay and micro-thin metallic coating dissipates static build-up.

VALVET soulphono
MM/MC tube phono pre
The soulphono shows exceptional detail, timbre, 3-dimensionality and sound stage with
breathtaking dynamics and pure "being there" feeling. It can compete with the best and most expensive phono amps on the market.
Knut Cornils worked several years on the development of this phono pre-amp with external power supply, and it was well worth it!
Valvet uses selected ECC83 (12AX7) and ECC81 (12AT7) valves in a 2-stage circuit with a passive RIAA correction network in this no feebdack design. All parts are selected for less than 1% tolerance. All transformers are pure silver hand-wound, as is the signal path. It comes with 4 massive silver RCA inputs (MC1:10, MC1:20, 2x MM) and 1 output. With the right knob you can choose the MM load - between 47pF, 100pF, 150pF and 220pF LI.

Beginning in 2011, the US Discovery Science Channel produced an episode of the show "How It's Made" which features a presentation of KR Audio's Tube manufacturing plant in Prague, Czech Republic, Europe.
The show focuses on the making of a vacuum tube. We all know that each and every KR Audio tube is crafted by hand. But has anybody actually seen it?
Now's your chance to step in and get an idea of the complexity and level of craftmanship the making of these tubes require. A "must see" for real audio fans :)
HighEnd Novum PMR Premium
